Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in sharing your time and talents as a volunteer with The Arc! Support like yours enables us to continue offering advocacy and connection programming as well as employment to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDDs) in Allegan County.
Opportunities
Volunteer opportunities with The Arc and our Beyond Bones inititiative include – but certainly aren’t limited to:
- Assisting with our community and recreation activities such as our craft and gardening clubs, bingo gatherings, and quarterly dances.
- Spending 3-4 hours assisting our Beyond Bones bakers during weekly baking days in Allegan and Wayland.
- Working alongside one of the Beyond Bones retail shop employees to provide as-needed assistance during store hours.
- Serving on our Board of Directors or a sub-committee to provide guidance and assist with planning, oversight, and fundraising activities.
